Private Cultural Institution Arctic Boat Museum
Created November 29, 2021.
Mission: to promote the restoration of maritime culture on the Murman coast.
Museum goals:
- Expanding the understanding of the culture, life, traditions of wooden shipbuilding and navigation of Pomors through the implementation of educational and research activities.
- Storage of museum objects and museum collections.
- Identification and collection of museum items and museum collections, including also the construction of replicas of wooden sailing ships.
Offline format:
- Workshop for the construction of a replica of the rescue cruiser «The Grand Duchess Ksenia Alexandrovna». Excursions, master classes, seminars.

Online format:
1. Broadcasts from the workshop where the construction of «The Grand Duchess Ksenia Alexandrovna» rescue boat replica is underway.
2. Broadcast of master classes on wooden shipbuilding.
3. Excursions with 3D models of wooden sailing ships.
The workshop and online tours are currently under reconstruction. We are looking for sponsors and volunteers who are ready to assist in achieving our goals and mission.
